As our way of saying "Thank you" for your continued business with Tropicolor, we offer discounts for customers who have placed orders which cumulatively amount to the following:
5 %
10 %
Discount for order volume cumulatively totaling $1000
15 %
Discount for order volume cumulatively totaling $5000
20%
Discount for order volume cumulatively totaling $10,000
In other words: If you have ordered one big order or many small orders amassing a total dollar amount of $1000, every subsequent order you place with us will receive a 10% discount. We like to keep things simple. The total amount can be accumulated over many years and totals roll on for subsequent years.
To inquire about your account status: email us your full name and phone number and we will let you know your standing.
We like to stay competitive. Should you find a comparative quote for similar products and services forward your quote to us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Returns & Cancellation
For pieces purchased in our gallery:
Sometimes you fall in love with a piece in our gallery but at your home or office it turns out different than expected. Simply return the piece undamaged and in sellable condition for exchange, refund or credit within 5 working days.
For custom made orders:
Each piece is individually printed, finished and cut to our client's preferences and needs. The process is irreversible from the very first step. Finished pieces have no value to other customers and are not resellable by Tropicolor. All orders are custom and all orders are final unless changed within 4 hours after order placement. Any item left over 30 days becomes Tropicolor property and forfeits and deposit.
