What kind of paper do you offer?

We pair our archival Epson inks with archival Epson paper. There is a choice between luster (semi-matte), glossy, and metallic (Pearl or Silver).

What kind of paper should I use?

Every image deserves to be printed for maximum effect. Luster is a client favorite that has enough shine to stand out as well as enough matte to make it a great choice for traditional framing. Luster is only available for photographic prints. Glossy provides the shine that makes a picture pop, but may stick to other paper as a result of its additional coating. Metallic is an ideal paper for images with a lot of highlight and contrast as it amplifies the potential of both. Metallic Pearl is a traditional metallic paper that allows images to leap off the page. Silver Metallic lends an even greater “wow” moment because the silver sheen of the paper deeply enhances the illumination of an image.

What kind of files do you accept?

We print using JPEG, TIFF, and PDF files.

How do I know my image is good enough to print?

How long will my print take?

We strive to bring our clients the highest quality custom prints every time for every occasion in a timely manner. Please see the chart below for medium-specific production times.

I don’t see the size I want. Do you do custom sizes?

Yes. For a custom size, enter it into the comments box of the next biggest size to the size you are looking for and we will refund the difference. Have a size in mind and want a quote, click the link below.

I need my order shipped, do you do that?

Yes. We offer worldwide shipping. Tropicolor makes our custom shipping boxes in-house and ship through trusted companies such as FedEx, UPS, Pilot, DHL and more. Need a quote? Click below and let us know where your order needs to go.

I am an interior designer, do you offer professional discounts?

I have an old photo. Can you restore it?

We offer professional photo restoration services. First, your photograph is physically scanned into our Epson scanner at a high resolution and then our graphic designers give your old photograph a new lease on life. You will then receive the digital copy as well as any choice of print you may have. Take a picture of your picture, upload it below, and we will give you an estimate of time and cost.

I want my print in a different shape, what are my options?
